INTRODUCTION


6X series vertical shaft impact crusher is a new type of sand making and crushing equipment with many national patent technologies, absorbing many years of research and development experience and technical concept.  It  features new four-opening impeller design and special sealing structure to prevent oil leakage of bearing barrel, etc. And it has the characteristics of energy saving, long service life and wide application, and helps the large sand field gradually move towards large-scale and centralized production to meet the national requirements for  environmental protection and production capacity.



PRODUCT ADVANTAGES

Performance improvement of key components
Key components such as the impeller, bearing barrel, and the lower body are newly designed: the impeller adopts a four-port  design to increase the probabiity of material throughput and the colision between materials; the bearing barrel uses a unique exhaust and dust-proof device and sealing structure to prevent dust from entering the lower bearing The cover leaks oil; the lower body is changed from a well structure to a cross structure to prevent materials from blocking the discharge channel.

Quick change of crushing mode
Optimize the structure of the crushing cavity, which can realize the rapid conversion of the two crushing modes of crush between stones and crush between stone and impact plate. The crush between stones mode adds material layer partitions to form a dense and stable stone layer. Even if it is against medium and high-hardness stones, more cubic finished materials can stil be obtained. The crush between stone and impact plate mode optimizes the installation angle of the impact block, reduces energy loss and obtains a higher crushing ratio.

Intelligently controlled thin oil lubrication
It adopts thin oil lubrication and is equipped with an air-cooled system. It is controlled by PLC and inteligent instruments, which can realize automatic lubrication control, and the lubrication temperature can be adjusted to provide more ideal working conditions for the bearing
